Responses & Consultations by e-mail are sometimes provided when it is reasonable to answer in writing and you have a simple question that can be answered with a simple answer. Please note that only the first e-mail consultation is free and that we will let you know whether further assessment is needed and why in order to answer your enquiry.
E-mails are usually responded within 1 to 3 business days. Unfortunately, we do not provide immigration advice over the phone; we care for our clients and encourage you to send an e-mail. We are so confident of our reply and advise that we don’t mind to provide it in writing for your future reference.
Consultations at our office are scheduled from MONDAY TO FRIDAY between 9am and 5pm PST [by appointment only]. The price of the first consultation varies depending on the matter and the length of time this may take. The average price for consultation is $75.00 CAD.
Please note that the amount of money you pay during the first assessment counts toward the final amount in case we file an immigration application within the following 3 months. In certain cases the cost for the first consultation may be waived. Depending on your specific situation we may also consider a meeting outside the regular hours.
