Applications for permanent residence are quoted on an individual basis. We charge only for what we do, this means that if your file is considered to be straightforward it will cost less than a file that needs more paperwork. We usually require 50% upon signing of retainer agreement and 50% upon completion of your file and prior to submission. If the above schedule does not work for you, we will be happy to customize a payment schedule according to your needs.

Please consider that these kinds of files are completed within a few days and we suggest you provide payment in full upon signing of the retainer agreement. With the recent changes for the labour market opinions the payment schedule has changed as well. If the employer wants us to manage the advertisement requirement it has a different cost. For this type of applications we require 50% upon signing the retainer agreement and 50% prior to submission.
Depending on the type of hearing the payment schedule may differ. Detention Reviews are usually paid upfront. Appeals and other hearings are quoted on individual basis depending on the complexity of the legal situation.
The professional fees are subject to Goods and Services Tax (usually 5%) unless you are located outside Canada in which case the tax rate will be zero. Most applications have a government recovery fee that is not included in the professional fees. The government fees vary depending on the type of application and number of applicants. Diversified Immigration uses registered mail services to courier your applications. This is recommendable as there will be proof of delivery to the government office, not to mention that the delivery is usually faster. The cost of this service is approximately $15.00 CAD – $100.00 CAD depending to where your application is being sent around the world. As part of our administrative costs we charge a flat fee of $20.00 for temporary residence files and $35.00 for permanent residence files to cover the expenses of photocopying, faxing, long-distance phone calls, etc. Some expenses will need to be foreseen such as medical examinations, translation of documents, etc.
